Held the 2nd Saturday of each month

🔹 Purpose

  • Provide focused instruction on one key skill area (e.g., sprint mechanics, jumping technique, mobility, or recovery).
  • Give athletes extra exposure beyond their weekly sessions.
  • Offer parents a chance to see progress in action and ask questions directly 
  • FK (8–12)
  • HS (13–18)

   

January — Sprint Start

Held the 2nd Saturday of each month

🔹 Purpose

🔹 Format

  • Duration: 90 minutes (slightly longer than regular sessions).
  • Structure: 
    1. Warm‑Up & Movement Prep (15 min): Dynamic drills, mobility, activation.
    2. Skill Block (40 min): Deep dive into one theme (e.g., acceleration starts, landing mechanics, or core stability).
    3. Applied Games/Challenges (20 min): Fun competition to reinforce the skill.
    4. Cool‑Down & Parent Q&A (15 min): Stretching, recovery tips, and coach feedback.

  

🔹 Access & Enrollment

  • Unlimited Member (clinic included)
  • Standard Member ($25 clinic fee)
  • Drop‑In ($25 clinic fee)
  • Non‑Member ($40 clinic fee, space permitting)
  • Capacity: Capped to ensure quality      coaching (usually 20–25 athletes per time slot).

Our Quarterly Mini Combine is where athletes get real data, real feedback, and a clear plan for getting faster, stronger, and more explosive.


We use the same gold‑standard metrics trusted by elite sprint coaches, college programs, and professional performance systems. 


🔹HOW THE DAY WORKS

Duration: 3-4 hours 

1. Warm‑Up & Prep (15 min)

Dynamic drills, mobility, activation.

2. Gold‑Standard Testing (90-120 min)

Vertical Jump → Broad Jump → 10m → Fly‑10

3. Optional Advanced Tests (30 min)

30m • Fly‑20 • Fly‑30 (for older, advanced athletes)

4. Cool Down & Review (15 min)

 Stretching, recovery tips, coaches confirm data and block assignments.

5. Parent Summary (15 min)

We explain what we tested, why it matters, and what comes next.

 

Every athlete leaves the Mini Combine with:

✔ A full speed & power profile

10m • Fly‑10 • Broad Jump • Vertical Jump

✔ A force–velocity classification

Force • Velocity • Elastic 

✔ A training block assignment

The exact emphasis they need for the next 8–12 weeks.
