QUARTERLY MINI COMBINE

Our Quarterly Mini Combine is where athletes get real data, real feedback, and a clear plan for getting faster, stronger, and more explosive.


We use the same gold‑standard metrics trusted by elite sprint coaches, college programs, and professional performance systems. Every athlete receives a complete speed and power profile that guides their training for the next 8–12 weeks.


This is not a “fun day.”
This is a development day — and it’s one of the most important parts of our program.

WHAT WE TEST

We use four gold‑standard metrics that give us the clearest picture of an athlete’s speed and power:

10m Sprint

Acceleration • Projection • Horizontal Force
The single best test of force expression and first‑step explosiveness.

Fly‑10

Max‑Velocity • Elastic Qualities • Stiffness
The cleanest measure of top‑end speed and upright mechanics.

Broad Jump

Horizontal Power • Projection Ability
Pairs perfectly with the 10m to show how well an athlete produces force forward.

Vertical Jump

Elastic Power • Reactive Strength
Pairs perfectly with the Fly‑10 to show how elastic and reactive an athlete is.


Together, these four tests give us a complete force–velocity profile for every athlete.

WHY WE TEST THIS WAY

Speed isn’t random — it’s measurable. 


These four tests tell us exactly:

  • How your athlete accelerates
  • How fast they run at top speed
  • How powerfully they produce force
  • Whether they’re force‑dominant or velocity‑dominant
