Fast Kids Academy is our foundational youth athletic development program for ages 8–12. We help young athletes build speed, coordination, strength, and confidence in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Every session is designed to improve movement skills while keeping kids excited to learn and grow.

Fast Kids Academy focuses on age‑appropriate, science‑based training:

  • Jumping & Landing Mechanics: Safe, powerful movement patterns
  • Agility & Coordination: Games and drills that build balance and body control
  • Strength Basics: Bodyweight strength, core stability, and movement quality
  • Confidence & Mindset: Encouragement, teamwork, and positive coaching

Every session blends fun + fundamentals, ensuring kids stay engaged while learning real athletic skills.


📅 How the Program Works

  • Sessions: 60 minutes
  • Schedule: Multiple weekday options + monthly Saturday clinics
  • Memberships: Standard, Unlimited, Drop‑In
  • Testing: Quarterly mini‑combines to track progress
  • Coaching: Led by certified strength and speed coaches

We place athletes in groups based on age and ability, ensuring safety and appropriate challenge.

Parents love our quarterly mini‑combines, where athletes complete simple speed, jump, and strength tests. You receive:

  • Performance metrics
  • Progress comparisons

  • Highlight clips (when available)

🗓️ Monthly Clinics (Included for Unlimited Members)

On the 2nd Saturday of each month, we host themed clinics that focus on one key skill area:

  • Sprint starts
  • Jumping mechanics
  • Mobility & recovery
  • Agility & change of direction
  • Core strength & stability

These clinics reinforce skills and give athletes extra practice in a fun, supportive setting.

Fast Kids Academy gives children ages 8–12 the foundation for speed, strength, and coordination in a fun, safe environment. Our evidence‑based approach helps kids develop confidence, athletic skills, and healthy habits that carry over into school sports and everyday life. Parents love that progress is measured and communicated clearly each block. 


Each 60‑minute session blends games, drills, and structured training. Sessions are upbeat, age‑appropriate and designed to keep kids engaged while learning. A typical class includes:

  • Warm‑up & movement prep (mobility, balance, coordination)
  • Skill focus (sprint mechanics, jumping, agility)
  • Strength basics (push, pull, squat, hinge with bodyweight or light equipment)
  • Fun conditioning/game play to finish with energy and teamwork


Athletes are grouped by age and ability to ensure safety and appropriate challenge. We use baseline testing (speed, jump, coordination) to place athletes in the right tier. Groups are capped for quality coaching, and adjustments are made if a child progresses faster or needs extra support.


Yes — all sessions are led by certified strength and speed specialists with years of experience in youth development. Coaches emphasize technique, safety, and encouragement. Parents receive progress updates at regular intervals, so you know exactly how your child is improving.
